CANCELLATION POLICY

To achieve this, we strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible — typically within 4-5 days of receiving your order confirmation. This rapid processing allows us to deliver your carefully chosen jewelry, gemstones to your doorstep promptly. However, we understand that occasionally, situations may arise where you need to cancel an order after it has
been placed.

How to Cancel an Order

If you have placed an order by mistake or wish to make any changes, we encourage you to contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible. Cancellations can be requested in two ways:

• By Email: Please write to us at [info@arajewelsindia.com] with your order details and a clear request for cancellation.
• Via Website: Alternatively, you may submit a cancellation request directly
  through our website using the cancellation request form available under your account or order history section.

For your convenience and to ensure the highest chances of successful cancellation, we kindly request that all cancellation requests be submitted within 12 hours of placing your order. This window allows us to intercept the order before it enters the fulfilment and shipping process.

Orders Already Shipped

Given our expedited order processing, there may be instances where your order has already been packed, shipped, and assigned a tracking number by the time we receive your cancellation request. In such cases, cancellation may no longer be feasible as the shipment will already be in transit with our shipping partners.

If your order has been dispatched and is on its way, we unfortunately cannot recall or intercept the package. However, we want to assure you that this does not leave you without options. Once the package has been delivered to you, you are welcome to initiate a return in accordance with our Return Policy. Simply follow the instructions provided in the return section of our website, and we will gladly assist you with the return process.
